Returns & Exchanges

At HJC Helmets, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached and original packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the helmet and any accessories back into their original protective bag and box to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our quality team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
