What is your return policy for helmets?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn helmets in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets that show signs of road use or damage cannot be accepted for return.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.

Are HJC helmets DOT or ECE certified?

Yes, all HJC helmets meet or exceed DOT standards in the US. Many of our premium models also carry ECE 22.06 certification, ensuring the highest level of protection for riders globally.
